Logic? Doesn't come from York or Jersey- biggest welfare states in the union. Bush used the same broker as Bin Lauden. Search Salem Bin Lauden and see where he died. Oil companies have been screwing with the middle east since 1900. When you choose an ally(England) that colonizes people , you might expect some hate. The US dumped(1776, we should have kept going) them. Iraq has been a training ground- muslims couldn't come to the US to fight the Armed forces and train so they got our stupid president to send our latest tactics to Iraq so they could see them first hand. Without any concern for the future , our military has been worn OUT. EVERYTHING needs replaced, no matter who, don't blame this on the next pres, this Bush the II, trying to fix Bush the I mess. Face it taxpayers, our hero, George the II- the Air Force, the Army- if he could have burnt the navy it would be used up, we will have to pay for all new equipment or risk the lives of our troops.

first of all......if it was just a motive of GWB to as you put it "clean up the mess" from his father......then why did it take so long to do?

why wouldnt he have done that from his first day in office?

oh thats right.......because that isnt anywhere close to whats going on here

secondly......being from this area i know exactly what sept 11th was all about as i experienced it first hand......and as a result......i dont think there is any amount of time or money that can be put to this cause that would be too much........although my first choice would have been to turn the entire ME into a parking lot......but that wasnt my decision to make

If you experienced it first hand, that may be why you can't see the forest for the trees. Iraq had nothing to do with 911... Hell, Saudi Arabia's inaction had more to do with it than most any country than Afghanistan. Just because a person is Arab doesn't mean they concocted 911. But, just so I can see where you are coming from (since my metaphor for the founding of Isreal is not sufficient for you), tell us how it is concerning how Isreal came back into existence after WWII.

You expect us to believe anything in the Weekly Standard??...hell you might as well gave me a link to Rush Limbaugh or O'Riley. If it isn't a legit news source, don't waste your time posting it. If that were true, CNN, MSNBC, FOX and every other newscast would have it on their program. I don't want GOP propaganda written by the same liars that landed us in Iraq to begin with..I want proof. I'd belive the enquirer before I would an article written by a conservative puppet just trying to save face for his party.
